A new four storey structure consisting of 12 bedrooms, offices, large open plan activity areas, IT suite and an external courtyard at the rear of the building. The building services design incorporates a rainwater harvesting system and the whole building design is to achieve a “Very Good” rating under BREEAM Multi-residential.
Barker & Steels are appointed to provide the mechanical, electrical, public health and renewable/low energy design solutions.
