Refurbishment/re-build of an existing structure with a new extension. The building will incorporate 18 bedrooms, open plan activity/training areas and offices. A court yard is also to be provided within the open section of the structure. The building services design incorporates a PV array and the whole building design is to achieve a “Very Good” rating under BREEAM Multi-residential.
