Conversion of four listed town houses in Kings Cross to a single 20 bedroom hostel. The kitchen, dinning, living, office, reception, interview and surgery spaces are over the basement and ground floor levels. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes are located on the first, second and third floors.
